New Zealand - A Tourist's Delight

New Zealand's spectacularly landscape includes vast mountain chains, steaming volcanoes, sweeping coastlines, deeply indented fiords and lush rain-forests.  Comparable in size to Great Britain, Colorado or Japan, New Zealand has a population of only 4 million making it one of the world's least crowded countries.

It’s a haven for those seeking peace, rejuvenation and relaxation as well as a playground for thrill seekers, trophy hunters and adventurers.  A temperate climate with relatively small seasonal variation makes it an ideal year-round holiday destination.

Our vacation began with Alpine Hunting, a world class trophy hunting operations owned by Shane Quinn.   Shane’s serious about hunting and remains New Zealand’s leading trophy Red Stag outfitter.

After the hunt, we spent a week touring the beautiful countryside, quaint cities and the fast growing wine country.  It was our first visit to New Zealand and quickly became one of our favorite places to vacation. The friendly people, unique architectural heritage and many adventure opportunities offered by the country only add to its natural beauty. In short, New Zealand is quite an attraction and a tourist’s delight.
